Cattle can be financed through Mid-America with a competitive equity requirement and interest rate. Call for current interest rate and equity requirement. |
RISK
MANAGEMENT: |
Feeders interested in using futures and options are able to trade through Mid-America's customer account with a highly regarded brokerage firm. Corn contracting is also available. |

*Our unique design on a former WW II army airbase gives us a very solid foundation on which to feed cattle. Our aprons range from 30', 40' & 50' behind the bunks with large mounds coming down on top of the aprons.
*We are 100% commercial with no conflict of interests.
*Corn banking.
* High moisture corn banking program for cattle feeders.
*We will sort cattle in and or sort cattle out of pens to be sold.
*Customer has first choice to replace cattle back into their pen that has been sold. You can keep the same pen year around but are asked to maintain numbers at pen efficiency.
*Your cattle are not co-mingled with other customer cattle.
*We can feed heifers and steers together.
*We keep the owner involved with the marketing of their cattle.
*We are a member of Cattle-Fax.
*We use an independent consulting nutritionist and veterinarian.
*We can assist in lining up transportation of your cattle into the yard.
*Customers are always welcome to come see their cattle. Please call ahead for after hours visitation.
*We can obtain carcass data.
*We receive cattle 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Please call ahead for after hours delivery.

*A good health management program is recommended before cattle are transported to the feed yard.
