Contract corn pricing can be obtained through the feeding period or customers can run off our corn inventory. If you would like to contract your corn this is how it works: 

1. We work with a very reputable grain company who gives us a locked in delivered price. 

2. They will give us a price every month for up to eight months out but they reserve the right to take protection at any time.

3. We can lock in the amount of corn the cattle are going to use in their feeding period. We have to contract it in on a monthly basis as the cattle consume it. 

4.  We have to contract 1000 bu. at a time or 56,000 lbs.  

5. Corn can be contracted between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

6. At invoice time you are billed the contracted price.
