Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values weak to lower on light to moderate demand and heavy 
offerings. Select and Choice rib cuts lower while chuck cuts higher. Select and 
Choice loin cuts steady. Choice round cuts firm while Select weak.
