| MARKETING: | All cattle are sold on a negotiated basis: Live, Dressed or Grid. Live cattle sales are weighed on the ground on our 80 foot scale, shrunk 3% in the a.m. or 4% in the p.m. with the packer paying the freight. On dressed and grid sales cattle are weighed on the ground and the same shrink applies with customer paying the freight.

SYSTEM: | Our computer system can provide up to date estimated daily gains, cost of gain and weight of your cattle. | |

| BILLING: | Feed is billed on per ton basis. All costs are billed on the 15th and last day of the month. |
FEED
FINANCING: | All cost occurred can be financed at 5% simple interest. Trucking to Mid-America can also be placed on the feed bill. Your trucking company would need to leave their invoice with us or send it to us. |
CATTLE
FINANCING: | Cattle can be financed through Mid-America with a minimum equity requirement starting at $350.00 a head and cattle interest rate of 10%.

MANAGEMENT: | Mid-America Live Cattle Contract (which sets selling price), or our Floor/Ceiling Pricing to establish a floor price or floor/ceiling price for your cattle. All prices are based on the CME futures market.
Packer Forward Basis Contracts are available, call for current basis levels.

*Our unique design on a former WW II army airbase gives us a very solid foundation on which to feed cattle. Our aprons range from 30', 40' & 50' behind the bunks with large mounds coming down on top of the aprons.
*We are 100% commercial with no conflict of interests.
*We offer corn banking to thoes who want to use their own corn.
*Fixed price corn contracting call for monthly prices.
*We will sort cattle in and or sort cattle out of pens to be sold.
*Customer has first choice to replace cattle back into their pen that has been sold. You can keep the same pen year around but are asked to maintain numbers at pen efficiency.
*Your cattle are not co-mingled with other customer cattle.

*We keep the owner involved with the marketing of their cattle.
*We use an independent consulting nutritionist and veterinarian.
